Simple Simon = most likely then you don't have that problem, and the server uses the cookie stored on your computer. What you want to find out is how it works when you stay signed in and switch to another computer and type in that same URL. Maybe take it further and copy the relevant cookies and whatnot...
But my question is this: does the fact that the two computers use the same IP on the net influence it? As in, the fact that two computers are set behind a router... Would that be also the ISPs fault or a local issues?

I don't even know if my ISP has webmail... They have been fairly good at locking stuff down in the past... I might look into this just to be a nice patron.
