Simply go to Start, Settings, Control, Administrative Tools, Service and hit the stop button and switch Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locater to manual and make sure I forget look at your running services and switch Remote Desktop off and to manual also if the service is in the Services window.
default mine is already manual but i still get shutdown that's weird

Hello guys... this is easy
start > run > gpedit.msc
that will start local policy editor.
find option "force shut down from remote system" which is under comp. conf. > windows settings > security settings > local policies > user rights assigments
remove everything from there, even administrator... that should do...

the only way to remote shutdown your computer is if he has an administrator account on your computer... i reccomend that you change your passwords otherwise he will just turn the settings back on using remote mmc. once all the admin passwords are changed, you shouldn't have a problem with the shutdowns anymore

If Its Shutting down start up command prompt, then type "shutdown -a" then type "shutdown", and it should bring you to the options, there should be an option to disable it.
