This thing just keeps going on and on....I actually knew that I had a monitoring company (or what I thought was a monitoring company) taking money out of my account since about this past summer. I moved from Denver to Columbia, SC and was looking at a lot of sites that said they'd monitor your credit...but I couldn't remember exactly whether or not I actually signed up for one. When I called to cancel what I thought was my account they told me that I had signed up for a year...still thinking that I may have done that I asked if I could change my bank number cause I was trying to close the account. They told me that they probably could not do that and that she needed to talk to her manager. I waited about 10 minutes and all she said was that they needed to pull up a credit check on me before they could deal with me any further...and told me to call back in 3 hours. I wasn't able to call back in 3 hours. Now I started reading about this company and am feeling sick to my stomach about it all! I am calling my bank this evening when I get home and going to explain to them what's been going on. This sucks! If any one has any other ideas for how to deal with this please let me know!

Hey, just so you know it was a teller at my bank who put a stop to them withdrawing money, I called several numbers that I was able to find on this company and either never got an answer or was put on hold as soon as I asked them to stop withdrawing money from my account, my bank was not able to get a full number to call them with so one of the tellers did a little checking and with the numbers I gave her, she called them and told them that the bank has several customer complaints about the company and that at this time they were being giving a 48 hour notice that if all withdraws from the accounts did not stop they would begin legal proceedings..I have not had money withdrawn since :)..I hope your able to get them stopped they withdrew money for 10 months out of my account and I tryed for months to get them stopped.
