Your log looks fine.
* You are running the Windows Firewall along with the McCaffee firewall. I would chose one (McAffee if you like it) and turn the other off.
* You still have the older version of Ad-aware. You need to update to SE so it will get the latest virus definitions.
Perhaps the alerts, or warnings, that you are getting are simply signs that your protection is doing its job?

I did not realize there was a Windows firewall...guess it's part of the XP package? I do like the McAfee firewall, and it's part of the McAfee virus scan package that I use.
I just installed the Ad-Aware 6.0 earlier this summer, and have been checking (and getting) regular updates. Is the SE not a downloadable update? Does it have to be purchased separately? I can't find anything that says different on the Lavasoft pages.
