How someone can be so excited over a President is beyond me. I guess I've never felt strongly in favor of anyone who's been in after I was born. Someday there will be a president I care about, and some day I may be excited about who won like you people.

I didn't see Bush mentioning kerry's daughters in his debate or speeches. Cmon...there was no need to keep brining up that Cheney's daughter is a lesbian....and you know that very well. Kerry is usually a nice guy...and that is something he usually wouldn't bring up..unless he was looking for votes of course.

I'm sure it's pretty much agreed that all politicians are vote whores. They whore themselves, their families, their lives, their friends, and anything else they think could get them a vote. Since most of them on the federal level are lawyers as well, I consider them to be a lawyer who was too unethical to practice law. It fits. Like any good whore, a politician protects his turf in the best way he knows how. When his side is in the majority, he changes the 'rules' (congressional redistricting, house bank overdraft restrictions, salaries, and a host of other loopholes) to suit him, and screw the other whores who might endanger his territory. He also isn't above throwing things (mud, feces, the occasional beer bottle) at his opponent if he thinks it will cost his opponent votes.
They are, as a rule, the dregs of society. Southpark phrased it quite well in their season opener which aired the Wednesday before the election - "It doesn't matter what election you're voting in. You're either voting for a giant douche, or a turd sandwich."
Ok, so I supported the giant douche, who happened to win... Ok, so he KICKED THE CRAP out of the turd sandwich *(hahahahahahaahahahahahahahaahahahahaha)* Ultimately, yes, he's still a giant douche. He's the giant douche I know because he's the one that's been running things for the past 4 years. I'm comfortable with this giant douche. This giant douche may not be the prettiest colour or the most fragrant, but he still does the job, and can make a decision, and didn't once offer us a 'mystery plan' on how to fix everything. Hence, I voted Giant Douche. The last time a turd sandwich (the randy one from Arkansas) won the office, I didn't whine or fuss. I didn't run around screaming 'he'll get us all killed' or 'he's such an idiot' or 'I hate Clinton!' after the fact. I quietly lived through the 8 years of Bill, quietly voting the opposition the entire time, then rejoiced the day he left. Yes, for the record I did get my hopes up during the impeachment trials, but hey...didn't we all? "That depends on what your definition of IS is."

Second, i know i was being a dick in that last post, i have asked Negative and that Richard1 guy or whatever to delete it, neither of which have done so. I had too much to drink, and i was in bad spirits as it was. For another, you can't argue religion and politics, you just cant. Second, as for debate, we debate policy. Whether something should be passed or not. We are given a resolution, for instance, this years: Resolved: That the USFG should establish a foreign policy substantially increasing U.N. peacekeeping operations.
What we do, is argue that resolution, with various cases and counter-plans, disads, topicality, kritiks, and Justification arguments. We don't however, sit at a computer security site and argue politics and/or religion with a bunch of hardasses.
Three judges determine the winner of each round. I have won over 300 rounds in my life, so don't tell me i don't know how to debate something that can be debated, because over a thousand judges in oklahoma think i can.
The bottom line is, a man (no source) once said "When you go to a party, never discuss religion or politics, for it will ruin the evening." I believe that was one of my history teachers..
If we sit here and throw arguments back and forth about whether bush or kerry should be president, no one is going to win. Reason: You can't prove anything. You can't prove who is a better politician, you can't prove who has a better idea of how to do things, you can't prove which religion is right, you can't prove a god damned thing. The only reason i argue on here is to present an opinion, and namely to give me something to do. If you would like, from now on i wont post my random opinions, but will only post verified information, in a structural format. Then, if one of you bastards doesn't argue every point i make, adequatley, I will win, and the same thing with you if you can do that to me (i doubt it.)
TigerShark, Cybr1d, hell all of you, i challenge you to go to a cx debate tournament some time, and try to keep up. We speak very fast, and we throw a **** load of information out. Debating is like playing in a poker tournement.......it follows the basic rules of poker, but has completely different stratagy and game play. The means of winning a poker tournement would cost you an extream amount of money in a regular poker game, and playing with a regular poker mind set will lose you almost any tournement.
In other words you all are wrong and I am the only expert on politics, religion, and sex. (and if you even come close to believing that ~~ I have some excellent ocean side property for sale in Arizona).
