One of the beautiful spin offs of AO is that you get to know about genuine people all over the World

Damien is from Leeds..........that is a big City (I would guess at least 800,000) in the WEST Riding of Yorkshire. Now, Yorkshire is a county, sort of a State in American political terms..............it is the largest County/State in the United Kingdom.....it is a bit like Texas..............except it costs us megabucks to grow our cacti ;)

Hell.....................it just cost me $282 for a five foot Saguaro!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Damien is from a City that I spent my High School days in...........St. Michael's College, St. John's Road, LS3 2BA.............or some such post/Zip code

But he is a creature from the western third (Riding is a viking term.........it means a third) of our little "Texas".................a "Wezzie" is a sub-hume from the West Riding............... I am in Bridlington, which is EAST Riding...........but I was born in York, which is NORTH Riding

You see, when there is no-one else left to fight............we fight amongst ourselves?

I guess that it has to be Yorkshire v. Texas at cricket, rugby league, soccer, and rugby union...........
