if ur soo worried about the idiot and u wanna ban him theres not much u can do about it but if u know his/her ip addy while hes online then u can use the build in xp tracer program that runs as a dos tracer in a remote folder in the my computer, c drive, windows section if u wanna take the time to look for it if u have or use windows xp... ive seen the tracer program in the xp folders where i said to look in and it works great if u wanna take the time to trace him with his ip addy when u get it... and once u know his location and what not i believe it might or should give u his isp also if it has that capability

deadman_freddy.........its a dynamic ip, to keep track of this person all the time youd have to use a mac address or put some program on his computer to track his ip, there fore its just smarter to move on and just deal with it.
