Thats what Frontpage has to do with this! Do you think that anybody who uses these type programs know about site design or anythin' related to this?!? No! Granted not everyone, okay! Look on geocities or something like this, 90 percent of those people are just cut and pasters. Our friend Aden here is one of them. Lastly, I was somewhat just joking around with the Frontpage <hint hint the smiley!>.
I only agree with you because you made fun of Aden, but you're wrong about Frontpage. It's not a bad program, I've used it and it's really no different than Dreamweaver or Notepad per say. If you understand the concepts of webdesign, you can cough up proper and good looking css, html, php, whatever in any program including Frontpage. The problem in this situation as well your geocities example is the lack of knowledge in web design, not lack of the right tools.
And what pisses me offer more in this thread is I gave a serious criticism on the shitty site, even went as far as explaining what to fix and he just blew it off and joked about Frontpage because... well, either he's a moron, or he just plain out ignores serious answers to a question he asked.
Well, I wasn't trying to down frontpage. I haven't used it but seen it. I used dreamweaver and like the built in text editor to code your own code. But over all I like the bare-boned text editor and use it for all my projects.
