if you just run it when needed(without going to windowsupdate.com), do you still get to pick which updates you want, or does it just get everything? i really dont need crap like the microsoft journal viewer or that free frontpage demo

depending on what you select.. I get the option of deselecting anything that ms thinks I need.. and as for the extras.. I Only select what I want or need..Quote:

cool, im gonna get that user agent switcher thing and some active x plugins for firefox and ditch ie =D
