Hi SwordFish_13,
Just to provide some insight to the reasoning behind my earlier statement...

It is widely believed in India that Pakistan used chemical weapons against Indian soldiers in Siachen in 1987. Reportedly when Pakistan used chemical weapons in Siachen against Indian troops there was panic in the defence headquarters and officials rushed to the defence research establishment in Gwalior in search of protective measures. In 1992 India declared to Pakistan that it did not possess chemical weapons, and India and Pakistan issued a declaration that neither side possessed or intended to acquire or use chemical weapons.

In June 1999 there were published allegations that India had used or was planning to use chemical weapons against the Mujahideen and Pakistani army elements fighting at the Kashmir border.

Chemical Weapons - India Nuclear Forces

In 1998, India and Pakistan shocked the world with a series of nuclear tests that demonstrated the potential consequences of future conflict in the region. By May 2002, relations between the two countries over the disputed Kashmir region deteriorated to the point that a war, possibly involving nuclear weapons, appeared likely.

Of greatest concern is the situation in South Asia, where India and Pakistan appear to be involved in a nuclear ballistic missile “race” with potentially severe consequences for regional and global security.

the reason why these countries pose the greatest threat in my opinion is the antagonistic nature between them...the possibility of an ' accident ' ( anybody remember the Bhopal disaster )...

Ever since the gigantic killer waves of Tsunami rolled over the coast of Tamil Nadu on December 26, 2004, anxiety has been riveting over the vulnerability of Indian nuclear plants situated along the southern tip of Indian Peninsula to ocean related mega natural disasters.
