the apps that zencoder recommened are spot on and dameware is one of my favorites... We also use a utility called remotely anywhere. This is all done through a webbrowser and will also let you see wahts happening on the desktop.

I would agree in principal with you, but in some locales, the EU for example, end user privacy is ridiculously restrictive, depending on the circumstances. That's what Apsman was referring to.Quote:
