English is not your mother tongue, and you have given no details of nationality, I suggest you post your country of abode at least, as the laws are 'different' in each one ..........

I am assuming you are female and young [late teen to early 20's]

You therefore have to just get over this as best you can, He will get bored, they always do.

Actually 2 profiles exist (it's what I am aware) on one dating site with some my personal information but without photos (I guess he ran out of stock of my pictures and old ones site administration doesn't accept any more):

I had a normal profile on www.americansingles.com
Once I received an e-mail with an e-card.
Of course I was curious and I clisked the link, I got redirected to the paid saying
something like "we are sorry, your session is expired" and I had to "make login" into my e-mail box once again inserting my password.
After I saw the e-card. Usual e-card on the usual e-cards sites.
Because I try to be careful, I changed my e-mail box password,
BUT
I kept the same password to make login to www.americansingles.com,
He saw my profile on www.americansingles.com and tried password.
It worked. My profile's hidden information had my real name.

even if I change e-mail address and MSN ID, it won't stop a guy from posting dirthy profiles with my pictures in the internet

The ecard may have contained a trojan, so you maybe giving away information via your computer. The quickest and easiest way to get out of this problem is to burn all your on line accounts. Wipe your computer completely and reinstall your software. Then start again using different online nick names and passwords.

and if you change your email..and msn ID...then you should stop receiving emails, contacts requesting sex.

As for someone using your photos, info....carefull how much info you give to people you dont know....there is not much you can do about that now

Learn from your mistake and move on.

I dont even give my home phone # out.

and I question everyone and anybody that contacts me or my family...whom I have not given my contact info to..to where they aquired the info....

I'm sorry...and I do sympathize with your situation...but...it seems to me that this guy is going through an awful lot of trouble trying to make your life miserable to be someone you don't know...

you know this person...you may not know it...but you definitely do know him...

have you considered BEYOND the internet...like a fellow employee at work, your boss, a sibling, ex-boyfriend, a jealous girlfriend of an ex-boyfriend, etc...someone NOT on the net ( someone you met off the net )who knows you and has had access to your information who has a grudge?

It wasn't a trojan
I inspected what have happend.
That was just a script or kind of that redirected me on a faked e-mail server page.
I even find on the site of that "faked page" one URL where it's possible to pick up a password.
I have Tiny Personal Firewall and no one security test doesn't fail even in a little thing.
Have no viruses neither.

I want to stop his abuse.
If I will change nicks and e-mails I will have to send new data to my friends/acquaintances, how do I know I won't send new information to that guy?

Choose your friends wisely.

I have multiple email accounts...and depending on the person...depends on what email address I give them.

That way I can isolate the nutbars..from my friends. ;)

Create multiple accounts.

One for your friends...one for your acquaintances...one for business

If one account become compromised...at least you can start narrowing it down.
