When you up date the firmware.....
Users will\may be disconnected as you reboot to apply the changes and you will have to reset ALL settings as the router will go back to default settings.......So document your isp settings\password\routes etc...you WILL have to reset after the firmware update......rtm ;)
One thing I have noticed is that you have 26 ws and no server........this is a major problem as a MS WS will only allow 10 users to connect ...concurrently....
so where are your shared files\database\etc??
Multiple WS???
Are they backed up???
Not sure of your network setup....but...
I have seen a similar peer to peer running off a ws..and ramdomly ws\users would disconnect...and have to reboot not to mention..losing what they were working on, leaving the database thinking they were still logged\asking everyone to log off and..requiring a total halt on all database transactions so we could reboot to clear etc etc etc
also your router\switch\switch connections.....appear overly complicated......plug your printers into a switch\hub..ive them a static IP or share them off a computer that has a static ip ........your print jobs are roaming your network...causing unnecessary traffic
hate to think what the av is doing  (scanning mapped drives)
Better yet
Just disable the LAN dhcp and assign everyone static IPs.....that way everything will stay static...even without the router....and just use the switches
that way the router doesnt have to handle the lan traffic....
As said it is a home router and is not really built for what you want to do.
Let it handle your internet connection nothing else....
Peer to Peer networking s only for 10 WS or less..... ;)

OK, I notice that you have two routers offering DHCP address.
What is your wired network address/subnet?
Is it 192.168.0.0 - 255.255.0.0 or is it 192.168.1.0 - 255.255.255.0?
What subnets are the wired and wireless routers set at?
What I would do in your situation is :
Set the 4 port router iP address to 192.168.1.254 subnet 255.255.255.0
Set the Wireless router IP address to 192.168.1.253 subnet 255.255.255.0
I would set up the 4 port router DHCP scope to 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.199
I would disable DHCP on the Wireless router
