I've made a similar harvester trap some months ago. It records the client's IP address and gives the client a unique email address. If any spam comes to this email address, I will know the harvester's IP address.

Sorry, but a website that generates email addresses is bound to generate a proper one, and that likelyhood increases with everyone who uses it.
I'm not gonna punish an innocent just to try to screw with a spammer. It's just not worth it.
