I would like to say in retrospect that I think it's really cool that women do participate in AO comminity and in general are becoming more interested in technology. But I also have to point out that I don't know any women like that in real life. Most of the "young women" (I'm 25) don't really care about much about anything but reading Womens magazines, diets/makup/dress etc., and celebrity gossip. That is just my observation. I'm not neggin' you but in general I think that women should change their reputation for flakiness from within. AO and WoW is a nice part of that change.

I was never nasty to Katja personaly ... I was nasty to the posters who "jumped" on her and gave ger more credit then other newbs because of her profile ... that being said ...

I read this article as I was crying..... I'm in an industry where a bunch of geeks never get laid and when a girl shows up with interests similar to theirs, they jump on it like it's never going to show up again. *Cringe*.
