Thanks a lot for everyone's help. I wasn't able to go on at home for a very long time. After trying everyone's suggestion and talking to three of their techs, they finally sent a guy to my place to physically check the status. Ended up having a bad modem/router. Yeah, they gave me one of those crappy two in one deals. Come get DSL <<<FREE Wireless Router>>>. Still wondering if they expect me to return this thing after my contract is up. I'll most likely not need it because the uplink is the modem, which sucks. I was hoping to get an actually Wireless Router that I could use in any networking environment.
