I couldn't seem to get the code to work :/
it gave me this error:
error CS0227: Unsafe code may only appear if compiling with /unsafe
I'm using SharpDevelop 1.1.0

arrgh, msdn doesn't make it too easy for beginners to learn C#...I clicked the link

and ran the C# example code and it gave me this error:
error CS0117: 'System.Net.Dns' does not contain a definition for 'GetHostEntry'
on this line
