Hey Hey,
So I uninstalled ASP and rebooted... it started giving me the same error only for the Service ASP instead of ASP 2.0
Then I rebooted and removed the hotfix that MLF Mentioned and rebooted again... now it's really late and I wanna go home so I'm leaving it for later I believe..
but yeah.. just to update those of you who asked.

Hey Hey,
Just thought I'd post that I finally resolved this problem... I'm actually going to try reinstalling ASP.Net 2.0 and see what happens...
I ended up just disabling the sample health monitors that ship with SBS2000, apparently they were enabled... It stopped checking ASP when I disabled them and now I've had it occur once in the last hour instead of like 1000 times.. I'm going to continue to check it.. if it still shows up slowly i'll keep working at it.. but if that was a left over remnant then I'm happy.
