But to concur on what the rest of my antionline colleagues said... In Belgium all IT personnel need to speak three languages ... depending on the region you work offcourse.
Dutch/Flemish , English (second yes) and french (third as even most french speaking belgians in IT speak a bit of English) ... A fourth language is sometimes a good thing but not necessary (In my case German).
But as long as you've got your kind of qualifications and you speak English ...your not going to have too much trouble finding something to do...even as a freelancer or something... or "free consultant", I'll be happy to start a company with you to do some consulting :D
