Memory, thanks, but I'm not the master. Of installs? Maybe, but master of it all.... Na, I can't say that because there are people here like TheHorse13 who PWNS me on MOST Linux, Unix, and even DOS. Although I have him on SUSE, hehehehe I helped him with it when he said "I like it but it needs a non X based way of doing configuration" and I said uhhhh dude.. type yast
That was fun for us though.

Gore : that distro is a pain in the ass. I've gone through the installation process, and I have now a "running" Dettux on vmware. It segfaults when I attempt to decompress the linux.tar.gz kernel, I had to circumvent that stupid LILO bug because it's LILO 21 ...
But, now it's personal. I declared war on that distribution. :)

You can laugh guys, I LARTed myself.
I had forgotten to set the ftp transfer mode to "binary", so the tar.bz2 sources were messed up.
I'll tell ya though, I'm happy that this is a vmware box and that I have an intranet, because I can't get it to connect to the outside world. Again, probably something I'm doing wrong.. :)
