Yep. SysInternals do some good stuff.
A favourite of mine is Process Explorer. This gives you all the info you could need about running processes and any dlls etc that they use.
Another favourite of mine is killbox (you can d/l it here). This little gem will Kill just about ANY process or delete ANY file. You can even choose to end explorer while killing or delete on startup. :killcompu
