Where did you see that?? talk about short sighted.........I think I mentioned India and China......2 of this planets biggest population areas......but on the topic of Africa, isn't it there that they have a serious Aids epidemic right now, maybe a little education about the ol rubber sock may have saved a lot of these people's lives....as well as a lot of starving children......Quote:
