It's one of those things you shouldn't look too closely at when you eat it. It does honestly taste quite nice. Like Jim says like a spiced mince without gravy.
According to wiki you can't buy a proper haggis in the US. You can't sell certain types of offal for human consumption.
At least you know what is in it, unlike McDs etc.
