Your CPU and Motherboard will determin which you use..

even though you mention that it is a latest motherboard, dosent mean that it is capable of DDR-2..

The idea is getting the best performance from the system,, get the mix wrong and your looking at a hi speed crash machine..

may i point out.... i got it... and it works... very well in fact... no BSOD as of yet, and it's been running 19 hours straight....
