Windows XP home, net command problem

Does this box or any other box on your network that you night be running this command against have an IPSec policy assigned?

Net help works and i think NET VIEW works to, but this time there is an error code that it (net view) returns.

The error is system error 1060 (service's not installed).

I did a hijackthis scan and looks clean too me. I double checked it at hijackthis.de and even there it looks clean. But if you guys still need it, ill post it.

You may need to read this as well...ICS Setup as TS says, you might have an issue with IPSec policy...

Thanks guys I did everything you all have said

Tiger shark its a single PC connected directly to the Internet.

Delek I tried every link you said except the ICS setup (404 page not found)

Anyway guys I don't understand why a simple net user command will show up problems. My real concern is a ROOTKIT. I had MD5 and SHA-1 of every file on the system but I keep them at different place and not at home so I have to go get that but it will take few weeks my exams are around the corner. Anyway guys thank's a lot for all your help.
