Not being funny, but we here in the west aren't flavour of the month at the moment with a few people in the world, could I suggest that you be carefull with your information in open chatrooms. Winding someone up is still a valid way that people use to make themselves feel better, and at a guess, if he can reboot your computer for you, he could probably find a way to buy your groceries for you and maybe even take you wife out to dinner as well.
Well maybe he couldn't take your wife out, but I bet he could put something on your pc that would annoy you just as much.

Go in to another chat room that they provide, put that deviant on ignore (usually by entering his IP in a box) and then return to the same chat room. If he didn't take the chat down, then you'll be able to hang with them until he changes his IP and does it again.

It's simple -- they don't seem to like Americans. I was kicked out for a similiar reason (being american, stating I was an american, etc..).
