jehnx - when all else fails, blow away the sound-card in device manager and reinstall. It could be somewhere something screwed up (or with) your driver. Since you've already checked and double checked everything else, if this doesn't fix the problem, there's probably a problem with the card itself. Make your buds buy ya a new one.
