I don't know enough about it (I can do a bit of research if you like), but acupuncture may be able to help you quit smoking.

Good to hear, big guy. I quit smoking awhile back but had to restart when both my boys came home with "F's", multiple "F's". I know "excuses, excuses.

I'm going to finish this pack and then that's it. It's a simple question of mind over matter. I don't mind, so it doesn't matter.

Thanks again to everyone for the support, and the ideas on how to quit. I think I'm going to go the excersize route. I need it anyway. I've been working out dailey for the past week or so and I have noticed a change. Not onyl are my pants falling off and I need a belt, but my arms look good!

Thats kick ass news gore. I am sure you cranked up some punk and thrashed in some happy jig. But dude. Put that ****ing cigarette down man. Enjoy one once in a while but it's just a damn cigarette. Think if it like a linux problem. You are setting there man and you can't get some source to compile because of some setting in a file and you don't give up man you keep on looking for that ****er becuase you are not letting it beat you. :D

I just finished watching something on TV for the travel channel all about Dublin. I think most people here know my blood lines, German, Irish, Scottish, but smoething I justs aw made me want to fly to the other home:

they have this dude at the Guinness building who, when you come up to him, gives you a free pint!!

I need to go home. (Germany and Ireland and Scottland) Germany has the Warsteiner plant where you get free beer just for coming too.

Lol yea I was playing some hard bass lines. I woke up the other day already sore from working out and thought, like na idiot, hey I'll play Anesthesia, I just woke up and haven't stretched, what a good idea!.... Half way trhough I needed ice.

And I was playing Doors and Janis Joplin too.

Remember, just because it's not a cigar(ette) does not mean you don't have to quit it. If it burns & is inhalable, you should probably stop those too. ;)
