My system uses 98 windows I have hotmail for my email I have adware and and old norten anti virsus,I bought my business with the website,i have noticed strange things with it,people contact me and this company calls with the same person or the person looked me up and ended up gettting them,my wesite has something tracking it and I want to stop it .What do I do?

98 is not secure...so you may need to update your computer.
then get some one else to update your website...cause...just on assumption here...and not really knowing all the facts

It sounds like you need to do an audit of sorts on your won website. Find someone who knows website design to sit down with and make sure the links on your own page are properly coded and going to the pages intended. Find out who's doing your hosting. You need to get a handle on how your site is basically working. Post a link to your website here and we can do a "whois" to find out who does your hosting and owns the domain name.
Next, you can check your own machine for spyware or viruses using web-based virus checkers. Again, if you know nothing about computers, find someone who does to help. There's several online scans out there, here's one:

It's not clear from your posts exactly what is happening, and not knowing a great deal about computers, you probably need some help onsite.

It would be a great help if you could give us a link to your website.
There are various ways that what you are noticing can be done:
1. There is spyware on your local computer that is sending copies of e-mails you receive to someone else.
2. Someone has gained access to your e-mail account
3. Your website has some sort of contact form on it, and this is being forwarded.
So, do you download your e-mails and read them on your computer, or do you read them on your mail provider's machine? You can test this by unplugging your PC from the internet and opening your e-mail. If you can find e-mails you are downloading, if not, you are reading them on your e-mail provider's machine.
Also, do you only get the communication from the other company AFTER you have opened the e-mail, or does it happen before?
Change your e-mail account password, AND the question for if you forget it. Do not give an honest answer to the question. Write it and the password down and lock them away. Do not have them written down near your computer if anyone else (staff and so on) have physical access to it.

Your hosting appears to be with GoDaddy. The registration was updated in September of last year, with renewal of the domain name still over a year away. You'll probably have to contact GoDaddy or the former webdesigner for the password and settings for the site.
Definitely, and I mean DEFINITELY clean that computer up. You might consider reformatting, or even getting a new computer.
edit -- be aware sites like Panda generate their share of false positives. Not everything it showed was necessarily a virus, or even a spyware program. Panda and other online scans show cookies as spyware, and for most users, cookies are a minimal risk.
Try a couple of free apps, Spybot and Ad-Aware (note the exact spelling) for spyware removal. My big concern, given what you describe as having happened, is a keylogger on your PC.
seriously, you should contract an IT professional to assist with this project. If you are unfamiliar with computers as you say, our help is not going to be enough.

you cannot blame us because you do not have the proper tools to run your business........ 98 is an unsupported OS....
Sounds like you are trying to use a technology for your business that you dont understand...tis not our fault.
