Hey Tex~ get a life will ya?
5,000 people and no place to $h1t?
It is a scam alright, and they want to close it by a date so that they can take the money and run.
It is sort of "novel" in that it is an extension of the timeshare rip-off?
5000 x 440 = $2.2M?
Just think it through..................apart from sanitation, what about medical facilities? or are you unaware that Fiji is a member of the UN and is civilised inspite of that ? :D
I am just about to contact them and suggest that for a mere $1M I won't put a Raufoss 185 grain between their $h1tehou$e rat eyes :D
Look mate, just spend the $440 on coming over here and I will give you personal tuition on underwater polecat strangling (I have always had ambitions of opening a Texas branch of the society)

lol thanx for the offer Johnno, for your information I have a very interesting life! :) this just seems like an interesting concept... I am so sick of the same old $h1t day in and day out... this is something "outside of the box" . and just so you know they do have a doctor and medical facilities on the island :)
Tex if they made timeshares sound like crap, no one would buy them. If they didn't use pressure tactics, no one would be them. If they didn't lure you in with free stuff, no one would buy them. If they didn't make the deal sound sweet, no one would buy them. Here are some examples..
Free digitial camera just for attending...
Free Steak dinner...
Free week at our lovely resort...
And now I have seen... 99 cent gas for a whole year...
And if it's a friend saying these things. Kick their ass the KERB.
I guess I could find better things to spend 440 bucks + 1000 for airfare on... but it was just honestly an interesting concept to me.
After which they will start charging $5,000.00 per visit...or they are the extras in the final season of "Lost" ...lol...Quote:

Lost is my favorite, maybe thats part of the appeal to this for me lol. so far 741 people have signed up and paid to do this. I guess if its to good to be true, its not... shame....
Tex,
The initial outlay is relatively small, you're young, you're single, and you don't have a family to worry about. IF, after reading the site and getting all the information, they don't want anymore money at some point - what the hell. Sometimes you only learn the hard way, and we could all be a bunch of cynical
I would like to go with someone but IF I do this going alone might be the way to do it... meet new people, new adventures all that jazz. Im going to email the site admins and see if I can still sign up after sept. 1st so that way I can get feedback from people who have already gone and see if its a scam or not.
Tex, you're young, you're single, you live at home (right?) and you don't have a family to worry about. What the hell, $440 isn't the end of the world. If you really want to do it, and you've made absolutely certain they're not going to keep wanting more and more money, go for it. If you get burned, it was for a relatively small amount of money. If you don't, you can laugh at all of us while you're drinking little pineapple drinks with umbrellas in them on the beach.
I'd still keep my money in my pocket - but it is in the end your money.
