Nihil you are correct in that he used a sword to "draw a line in the sand" but, I dont think he really used it. Jim Bowie used his "bowie knives" which were like swords pretty much lol :) That is what our border patrol should be outfitted with to scare those Mexicans into staying in their own country! ;) jk
