According to my statements, this is true. However, you have toQuote:

put the number of 0 and 1 on the scale. Does the total number of
0 and the total number of 1 change during installing software or
during changing the font in a document (a document is text-information
and font-information. changing the font from font "arial 12", represented
by 1100'0001 to font "arial 10" , represented by 1010'0001 does,
in this particular case not change the total number of 0's and 1's).
My statement was that on average, if you install software, the total number
of 1 and the total number of 0 remains the same... :D
