Have you ever used remote Desktop applications? In my experience of corporate network administration i would generally use terminal services or remote desktop administration, although i have used pc anywhere.
Have you ever used a ticket application before? By "ticket application" im guessing youre talking about fault logging applications...if so i have used many of these for examply vantage.
For optimal uptime what would you recommend doing? I would recommend having a good disaster plan in place covering processes for before, during and after the disaster.
Have you ever used a corporate backup application? what? I tend to use NT backup which suits all intensive purposes when used correctly i.e. performing normal backups weekly followed by differential or incremental backups daily, depending on whether backup or restore time is important.
Do i get the job?

Don't get to carried away in the technical aspects though.
I just finished Business Communication which covers job interviews, last semester, so this is kinda fresh on my mind.
KNow about the company, do some research on the company, cause some questions that might come up, is why do you want to work with us? What made us stand out from other companies to you?
Prepare some questions that you want to ask the interviewer. By doing that your showing him/her that you are truly interested in the company, and that you took the time to learn about the company, what it does, and what makes it strong.
If I think of anything else I'll let you know.
