I still think that a Macro could do the job? trouble is, I have never written one in Office 2002, though, so there will be a bit of a learning curve:)
I will have a look when the pressure is off (and I have sobered up)..................I am thinking design wise, as I am afraid that you might save version "A" whilst you really want version "B"............... a potential synchronisation problem?
To save messing about, can you tell me your operating system and the drive letter (path) that your system has the thumb drive as.............. I found a 64Mb freebie thumb drive that seems to work, so with the additional info, I should be good to go?
