This is the truth. The programs are not necessarily 'snake oil', since they do work. The issue, I think, is a transitional one. I know better than to open attachments in e-mails that I receive...my parents (in their 50's) don't know any better. They think that since they have Norton protecting them, they have nothing to fear. I've tried to explain to them that no matter the circumstance, you don't open unsolicited links, e-mailed or not.Quote:
