Just a quick update:
My ISO download has now reached 750Mb.................I guess that proves that your 500Mb one is useless unless you find some software that will restart and continue it.
EDIT:
The download server is pathetic! damn thing has been running for nine hours. It is now running at 30Kbps and was at around 10Kbps for hours............ hell! that's worse than dial-up, and this is a 4.7Mbps connection:(
I am not surprised your download screwed up.

It finally finished! started 14.13hrs and completed at 23.46hrs !
The ISO file is 1,836,962KB
It scanned for viruses and malware so I guess the file is OK. Don't know about the content though.

Thanks for checking that file. I spoke to one of the MS Support guys where I work and he said that they may have eval copies of 2008. He'll have a look and let me know and perhaps I can use that.
