I haven't seen The Bourne Identity, but I read the book....
But damn, the CIA using Windows? That's just damn funny.
Well if you wanna have a good laugh then you can watch Sandra Bullock's 'The Net'. There is also a serial on that. They show as if hackers can penetrate easily to any system that is online quite easily with a software that is very user friendly.
In the serial, they show an excellent graphical user interface that displays the transfer of funds among different bank accounts. A world map is shown and the money can be seen being transferred.:)
Besides there are a lot of direction mistakes when it comes to tech.
antitrust and ghost in the machine are my favorites.
Hackers, Wargame's and Anti-trust......
The Matrix had very little comp stuff in it, compared to all the fighting.
Swordfish was good, although it had some very fake part's to it...
A Good idea for a movie would be a group of Hacker's meet up on the internet, and start offering their services to the country's of the world to take down their enemy's Technological Infastructure.... ect ect ect.....dead line on the on-line biding for controle over the groupe (Ebay...lol) and then the CIA and NSA get involved and try to kill ppl......while the group turn of the power in the US.... :)
haven't worked it all out yet but it would be cool to see.....
