PS: Oh, forgot to add a phrase I like to say to people: "You can't spell 'crap' without 'rap'"
I don't mind Rap. I like Eminem, Tupac, Esham, Natas, Tow Down, NWA...I like some. Mainly I like Punk and Techno though. Poison the well, Gwar, Danzig, Samhain, Misfits, Black Flag...I like a lot heh.
There IS some rap I don't mind... Take Candiria for example. They are a mix of death metal, rap, and jazz. They have a couple of pure rap songs which I usually skip, but when he's rapping and there's the heavy guitar behind it.. that sounds pretty damn cool.
My friend knows them. Cool guys.
Sweet :D
I hope I'll get to see them live (and maybe meet them!) on their next tour. They're all amazing musicians.
If you can, find a Misfits song called "Cough/Cool"
That was before they had a guitar player. It pretty much sounded like Jazz.
Eminem and 'Pac are good. Esham is garbage, he's with that bullshyt-ass ICP crew. NWA was good when they were around (or atleast together).Quote:

Does anyone know how long Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the Moon" stayed on the billboard charts since it's release in 1973?
Well I'll tell you.. It was in the top 200 for over 700 weeks, even though it was at #1 for only 1 week.
To date it has sold over 35 million albums, let's see these chump bands today do that....
Anyway enough with the trivia.
Wow, thats a lot of potheads watching it to the Wizard of OZ. ;)Quote:

The Rolling Stones Mothers little helper
Quote:
What a drag it is getting old
"Kids are different today"
I hear every mother say
Mother needs something today to calm her down
And though she's not really ill
There's a little yellow pill
She goes running for the shelter of a mother's little helper
And it helps her on her way, gets her through her busy day
"Things are different today"
I hear every mother say
Cooking fresh food for a husband's just a drag
So she buys an instant cake and she burns her frozen steak
And goes running for the shelter of a mother's little helper
And two helps her on her way, get her through her busy day
Doctor please some more of these
Outside the door, she took four more
What a drag it is getting old
"Men just aren't the same today"
I hear every mother say
They just don't appreciate that you get tired
They're so hard to satisfy. You can tranquilize your mind
So go running for the shelter of a mother's little helper
And four help you through the night, help to minimize your plight
Doctor please some more of these
Outside the door, she took four more
What a drag it is getting old
"Life's just much too hard today"
I hear every mother say
The pursuit of happiness just seems a bore
And if you take more of those, you will get an overdose
No more running to the shelter of a mother's little helper
They just helped you on your way through your busy dying day
I'v e got the new album of the girl that won Eurovision this year
