Here is a document that contains a list [with references] of all the operating systems and applications with vulnerabilities [not necessarily known or public exploits].
http://www.nipc.gov/cybernotes/2001/...sue2001-26.pdfIt is a file that is down loaded I will warn you its 84 pages long so it does take some time to read but well worth it.
It was sent to me in a newsletter by Counterpane Internet Security. This site has a free monthly newsletter on computer security and cryptography. For those that want to check it out their address is http://www.counterpane.com.

LAMER ALERT!
some1 gave me a negative antipoint for posting a msg written backwards in this thread!!! and didn't even leave me his/her nick... now that's lame! especially because I posted in this thread... "The Worlds Longest Thread!" should be the last thread where one can get negativ antipoints just for posting something useless.
Just thought I'd share my experience...

UntoldSecrets
Untold secrets
Unseeing eyes
Hidden passages
Where troubles hide
Down the dark passage
Alone in the dark
There is a small room
Inside the room
Sitting in the dark
Lies a young stranger
Cowering with fear
He looks up ahead
Only to see
The thing that he dread
The thing that he's seeing
Is the thing in his head
The thing in his head
If of a dream
In that dream
The young stranger once said
Look up ahead
You'll see a dream
Follow it closely
Its not what it seems

Don't be ashamed. It's for good cause. I guess.
Here a funny:
ALERT:
------- Pfizer Corp. (NYSE) is making the announcement today that VIAGRA will soon be available in liquid form and will
be marketed by Pepsi Cola (Pepsi Bottling Group NYSE) as a power beverage suitable for use as-is, or as a
mixer, under the name "Mount And Do".
Pepsi's proposed ad campaign suggests: "It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one."
Are all these posts going to charity?Quote:

Are you saying that only charities are good causes? LOL
9220 views and a puny 823 posts. What is wrong w/ this board.....wait .......I know. Nevermind.
TE HE!!!

A second grader came home from school and said to her mother, "Mom, guess what? We learned how to make babies today."The mother, more than a little surprised, tried to keep her cool. "That's interesting," she said, "How do you make babies?""It's simple," replied the girl. "You just change 'y' to 'i' and add 'es'."
If you're sending someone Styrofoam, what do you pack it in?
Only in America... do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'
Only in America... do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and put our useless junk in the garage.
Only in America... do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front of the store.
Only in America... do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight.
An English professor wrote the words,
"Woman without her man is nothing," on the
blackboard and directed the students to punctuate it correctly.
The men wrote: "Woman, without her man, is nothing."
The women wrote: "Woman! Without her, man is nothing." :jack:
crazy?
I was crazy once!
*sigh*...it's happened again. I knew it was,...just a matter of time before some jelous (well...from the negative points it really seems that way...) kid came across one of my posts...*wipes tear from eye...*
I got negative antipoint(s...couldn't remember how many I had before) for posting, what I think - and what I got positive points for the other day - was a good post, ...but alas, there is always that one. That one with no abundance of knowledge. or AntiPoint flaming for that matter (for I've seen better...). Agony must be amoungst the masses of AntiOnline...yet trying to spite other members for 'talking to much' is a big turnoff ...at least for me. Well, enough of my rambling (don't want to get any more neg. points now...*whistles*...)
they may be incompetent...but at least they're arrogant...
AntiPoint Comment: you ****ing talk to much, quit the japping and be straight to the point you ****ing kiddie
Heh...I just find that funny, yet at the same time pathetically sad. I never knew comming here to AntiOnline, an online community of computer wizes, gurus, and neophytes,... would end up with my opinions being judged.
That, my friends, is totally uncalled for. You might think I'm making a big deal about it...well, to tell you the truth I am, but thats just because I'm bored and no other 'good' (as to my standards) posts have arisen. Normally I (and the rest of the 'upperclassmen' of AO, probably) I would just let this slide, as I do most of the time. But hey...I'm here to stay - might as well make myself comfortable.
But back to the topic, me and my negative points...points where the 'gratefull giver' did not leave his/her name. But all is well, if you go over my green 'dot' it (still) states:
[WebCarnage] has quite a few positive AntiPoints
/me *chuckles*...
However, ...social status is not regulated by the number of points a single user has attained...or has it? It's hard to tell... Getting a bad reputation in AntiOnline does have it's fair share of AntiPoint consequences...
/me *looks back at Oblio, Hebris, Debris, Chemical, Nakokia...Seb-G with Terr behind him with 400 negative antipoints...* (or so he states...).
Never-the-less...All is well, ...I just felt like sharing that with the AntiOnline community. And if the devilish negative antipoint giver would care to reveal himself...
...that would be fun. :p
Enough!
Murphy's Laws (as posted in Arizona Humor)
Murphy's First Law: Nothing is as easy as it looks.
Murphy's Second Law: Everything takes longer than you think.
Murphy's Third Law: In any field of endeavor, anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
Murphy's Fourth Law: If there is a possibility that several things can go wrong, then the one that will cause the greatest damage will be the one to go wrong.
Murphy's Fifth Law: If anything absolutely can NOT go wrong, it will anyway.
Murphy's Sixth Law: If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which a procedure can go wrong and circumvent these, then a fifth way, unprepared for, will promptly develop.
Murphy's Seventh Law: Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.
Murphy's Eighth Law: If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
Murphy's Ninth Law: Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.
Murphy's Tenth Law: Mother Nature is a "son-of-a-gun."
Murphy's Eleventh Law: It is impossible to make anything foolproof, because fools are so very ingenious.
Murphy's Twelfth Law: Things get worse under pressure.

ROUND SHE IS, YET FLAT AS A BOARD
ALTER OF THE LUPINE LORDS,
JEWEL ON BLACK VELVET, PEARL OF THE SEA,
NEVER CHANGING, YET EVER CHANGING ETERNALLY...........
WHAT AM I ?
Are we there yet? Do we have the world's longest thread?
No, of course not! OVER 9,000 views and not even half of the people that read this replied. You don't have to say anything intelligent, just look at conf1rm3d_k1ll's post on here. It's completely irrelevant to anything but at least it's one post closer to haveing the werlds longest thread.

more useless **** ive written.
Madcaps Trial
Illusions of power are seen
Tower of madness moving
Where is it going
What are they seeing
Saddened by the end
Troubled by the refused begin
Distraught between fact and fiction
The things you know
And the things that are
Are one in the same
But are separately apart
The trial begins
As things break down
The illusions are fading
The truths begin
The lie of a demon
Spawns the truth of a friend
That truth becomes old
And new ones begin
The truths of another
Are as evil as sin
For when truths become lies
And the meanings are bent
The truth seers' images
Are riddled with advent
Of distant times
And long lost friends
Old enemies without intent
With a decisive eye
The seer steps in
And describes the intent
Of the autonomous truth teller
And the demon within
A truth is a lie
And lies are truth
Nothing is sacred
Nothing is true
All is a dream
Created within this room
Within our eyes
Inside our minds
Games are played
Things are displayed
That were never there
The displayed images of a perfect world,
Inside an imperfect mind
Is it the mind that is imperfect?
Or does the mind create the imperfections of the world?
Is the world a lie?
Perhaps it's all a lie
Since the day you were born
And until you die
Ur thread name is so nice that it makes everybody curios that there is something in this thread. (though it contains some bluff). Any way U had a good sense of name. keep it up
:)
are you talking to me?
This is completely crazy, was the worlds longest thread counted for unique posts, or just mindless **** like this
The actual world's longest thread was probably about an actual discussion instead of just mindless $hit like this. :D
Google fount the following results for "world's longest thread"
Results 1 - 10 of about 7,280. Search took 0.39 seconds
Just in case some one wants to browse throught those thousands of pages looking for it. ;)
