arg I hate hardy and I esp hate that novel - wtf writing like a 3page description of the front of a house - like catch a grip!!!! i know he used to be an architect SO WHAT!!!

there is such a thing as setting a scene and then there is just pure self indulgance - ok so he was an architect before he took up writing - big deal I worked in a fast food resteraunt as a kid but i aint going to populate everything i write with paragraph after paragraph about how a burger book is unfolded and constructed!!!!!!!!
ok maybe not such a good comparision but i bet you my description would be more intresting than any of his complete books!
