Any way the answer to your problem is that you have the early addition to Win2K there is a new updated patch version that you need where this problem is solved.

You can try for the mean time to increase your page file size but this will make your system very unstable..

Re-installing would not help as above..

Type...I have SP2...should that not contain the patch?

I would delete the page file, re-boot and let :sadwin: recreate it. Then go to system properties > Performance > and move it to the other drive. This way you can tell if it's the primary drive giving you gref or just the OS.
