agreed an eye for an eye does not work. knowledge of protecting yourself is where it is at. the people that took the time to reply to this post have a general care and love for computing. dont turn around and betray the advice that has been given here.

First off that is a horrible reason to learn how to hack. Im sorry but that is the kind of stuff that gives hackers a bad name. second, unless you know who hacked you then you are going to just target a random person and then make them mad. third, if you dont know how to use your tools you shouldnt have them, and because you dont know how to hack the chances of you messing up and hitting an inocent is much higher. you shoudl really re think you decision and just try to protect your self with better firewalls etc.. I personnaly am behind 3 fire walls, I have my mcaffee sofware firewall, I have my router/firewall, and I have a stand alone firewall. I have been hacked then I learned to defend my self. If I cantch anyone trying to hack em now the first thing I do is get their Ip, then I send them a nice message that I kow they are trying to get to my comp, then laugh as they disconnect and run. you should do the same.
