Meat Grinder=Public Education...(pink floyd reference, i know...)...i suffered through it...learn this, memorize that...but some people don't give a ****. I did, because i hold the belief that 'knowledge is power'...but i'd rather think that 'knowlege leads to more knowledge'...the best teachers are the ones that don't tell you 'this is the end of knowledge about this subject', but the ones that tell you 'this is all i know for now'...
i'm rambling...sorry...

i can only agree with Ouroboros . then again how many teachers do you get like that i only met two
we must also remember lists like this have been doing the rounds for ages and only highlight the negative side of education and by the way your teachers get paid three times more than ours +_ 7300 dollars=80000 rand

Quote:
'knowledge is power'
so if knowledge = power
&
absalote power = absalote corruption
then
absalote knowledge = absalote corruption
but it would stand to reason that with along with absalote knowledge would come enlightenment & enlightenment would mean no corruption
hmmmm think I'll go lye down for a bit

This is great but then again it makes you think what America's educational system is producing these days. If children can't answer simple questions like that then well... it is just plain out sad! But great entertainment!

all right then...since i started this thread i get to tell y'all your overreacting...at least to this...these are little kids...like grade 1 and 2....hell art linklater and bill cosby made a fortune off of this kind of stuff...for the last 50 years...not something to be concerned about...now saying that...i'm sure we could google something about terribly pathetic college entrance exam answers...
