How Personal Is Your Computer?

I've named my three computers these: Dellio, Hewbert, and Prometheius.

My old pc's just called Atlantic, because it was built by a company called Atlantic, Dads pc I called thecraptinypc, because thats what it is :-)(I should watch what I am typing I am on the tiny now!) and my new one I called the Godfather. All of them need better names, I really should think about giving them one.
Although I have always just called them all girl in the past.
I could'nt live without my pc's. I would dread to throw away the Atlantic, because it was the pc I learnt most my stuff on. Its a part of me now.

My first comp was an Apple IIe. I had no name for her, but learned how to program on her and then i stepped into the wonderful world of computergames, (Ive never left that world either) We had that comp for many years till the 386 came out :) I got my 386 for graduation from highschool. It had a wonder 9600 baud modem, 88meg hd and 12 megs of ram. It even had a color monitor...LOL....Over the years, ive had several other computers, but now I have 2. I have Voodoo, a RH7.1 box that is a cyrix 200 with 50 megs of ram and 4gig of hd space. I also have kryptonite....my baby......a p4-1.6 gig with 32 meg video, 512 ddr ram, 30gig hd and runs xp. I spend an average of 10 hrs a day on the comp, both home and work combined. I am startint to build a new system named Brandy. She will be a dual processor with at least a gig of ram and a 128 meg video and at least 120gig hd all in a koolance, liquid cooled case.

I have never named a comp,but there IS one that is very dear to me.It is my first laptop,a Sceptre 5000T.It has a 233 Pentium processor with 32megs of RAM,and ran on Windows 98.I don't use it anymore as the LCD screen went(It still works though).The reason it was so special to me though,is because I bought it with my first ever loan!
