Well bat21, the great batting line-up has faltered too badly recently to boast about it anymore.
Let's just take a break, and agree that Australia has an upper-edge in the world cup, and that india is a close follower, we all remember the Sharjah cup where australia was thrashed by india, and indians are generally good finishers in recent times than compared to earlier.
Too early to comment on the final, but i'd take a bet with undertaker that it wont be pakistan in the final !

Well guys I fully agree on the issue of taking a forbidden substance, but Shane has not done this intensionally so, I think since this is susch a important part of cricket(the world cup), I mean couldn't they have looked at all the reprecussions this would have may have been able to come up with a better solution like taking it further after the world cup.What is cricket without Shane Warne factor.

In this world cup, the best opening pairs are Sachin -sehwag (india), gilchrist-hayden (australia) , kirsten -gibbs(sa) and gayle-hinds(wi). But looking into the current form of other players also, I predict a windies -india final (war between sachin and lara)
