Well since you can seem to get on the net, even though you say you cant and indeed as I am writing this your status is ONLINE, do a google for LC4 then go to the relevent site and download it.
Install and run it and you should get the password for your dial up connection, unless it is a good password then you will need to register and pay for it (or find a serial number from some where) to use the BRUTE FORCE feature of the program as you wil need this to decode a "proper" password.
If I was you I would uninstall and delete the program as soon as you have found the password you need, before your parents find the program and see what it is used for.
But since you cant get on the net you might have problems doing this.
O look your status is still ONLINE! Fancy that!
