This was a great tutorial. I learned alot from this post. It was almost too much to totally absorb in one reading. I'll be saving this one for sure. Of course, being a newbie at this, almost everything is too much to absorb in one reading. I'm still trying to get all the acronyms down.

Good to have all the information in one place.
I'm looking forward to reading more on DRDoS as that rings bells of concern. Especially interested in preventative measures - although from the little I've read about it it only seems to be savvy admins that can recognise what is happening.
