Hey Hey,
Check out the little flags next to people's names, a good chunk of the posters aren't from English speaking countries, yet they still post in English. If you are posting in German there's a pretty damn good chance you had to learn English as well, and it should have come fairly easily, consider most of the lower (common) English is based on the german language. It's a horrible thing from JupM's stand point for several reasons I've already listed, and it's a horrible reason from my stand point because it clutters up the forums, give people who don't want to speak English, or who can't speak English their own forum, keep it off the main-page. This is supposed to be a business, the language of business is English, so why shouldn't the language of this website? Hell the website is done in English.. that should be reason enough. I agree that everyone should have information available to them, but there are other places they can get it, if they don't want to adhere to the unspoke rules. Do you see other members posting in non-English languages? There are MANY, MANY people here for whom English is not their first language, yet they still post in English.
Peace,
HT

Thread closed. Went beyond intended discussion. It would be preferred that people post in English as this is an English AO website. Next time try posting in english and then put it in native language underneath.
That said, have some tolerence if people make mistakes.
'nuff said.
