connecting to another computer using netcat

ok, finally got the time to test the different ports:
comp A nc to comp B:1500, then comp B nc to comp C:1501, but still doesn't work..

any ideas why? i get a shelll on the second computer, but when i type the command: nc comp B 1501, the shell just hangs...
