It was just a bit of an inside joke to the others.

On a serious note, WindowsMe needs to go. It was a rushed out OS on Microsoft's part and has more problems with it that you can shake a memory stick at. Upgrading to XP would definately be a good idea.

Do you remember the domed shaped aluminum sleds for kids, about the size of a garbage can lid with two plastic handles to hold on to? (well living in texas maybe you don’t). these toys were manufactured using an old press made for radar dishes and are perfect parabolic reflectors. If you believe you know the location of the transmitter get one or more of these sleds and just point it back at them.

A: They are in fact old family friends and neighbors of my ex-in-laws

2. What is their desired effect, (or what do you believe it to be)?

A: They desired effect when started was to destroy my girlfriend and my own lifes. It has shifted to stopping me from testifying against them in court today.

A: Revenge due to a divorce

A: To stop me from making money at home, to prevent me sending information to the feds and other investigators in the case, and to try and piss me off, harassment.

What security measures do you have on your box? Firewall? Antivirus? Anything else?

Am trying to download security updates and a better firewall now, but they jam my system with their toy...no big deal as I am used to it.

Will wait till it is more apropriate to download..

Interestingly enough you don't seem to be having too much trouble uploading you messages which would, under normal circumstances, be equally as difficult as downloading.

Have you called your ISP and asked them to test your system?

If there are any attackers out there, using this hi-tech kit, just to piss you off ...... Then you are in a heap of hurt.

But as posted earlier, you have NO problem UP loading ..............

As they would appear to be ex family [hers] :
Were they that IT capable prior to your divorce ?
Were they that tech savvy ?
Were they that mean / nasty / inbred ?
Just what did you DO to turn them on you ?

Access to toys like these requires at the least a fairly substantial wallet.
Physical access is not required nowadays, but there is a need to be NEAR.

Can you move, with no notice ?
If not, take a week-end break, especially if that would be totally out of character.

On your break, DO NOT TAKE THE PC.
Use cyber-cafe' to send EMails. Add the rider DO NOT RESPOND to this mail as it wil not be monitored.
On the break: sleep, eat, drink, fish, WASTE TIME.
